The Visual Language of Photojournalism

Jörg Colberg gives us all something to ponder with his latest post The Visual Language of Photojournalism.

Does traditional black and white photojournalism have the impact it once did? Is it all starting to look the same after all these years? He raises some valid and thought-provoking concerns.

Wish I had the energy to write more about it, but have a lot of things to finish so my day actually feels productive.

Read it for yourself and make a pledge when you go out the next time with your camera that you’ll push your understanding of the visual language you know and love.
